Availability for our cottages can be checked directly through our Airbnb listings. All bookings are made securely through Airbnb to ensure a smooth reservation process. Simply search for our property by name or follow the direct link provided on our website.
- Are the cottages suitable for families with children?
Yes, our cottages are family-friendly! We welcome guests of all ages and provide amenities that cater to families. Please let us know if you require any specific accommodations, such as high chairs or cribs, during your stay.
- What is the maximum occupancy for each cottage?
No. 10 Park Street comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, while Merland Cottage is perfect for up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Please refer to our listings for detailed room configurations.
- Can I cancel or modify my booking?

- Is parking available at the cottages?
Limited parking is available for guests. No. 10 Park Street has nearby street parking, while Merland Cottage offers a dedicated parking spot. Specific parking instructions are provided prior to arrival.
- Are pets allowed in the cottages?
Pets are considered at Merland Cottage with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees. Unfortunately, No. 10 Park Street cannot accommodate pets at this time. Please contact us for more information on our pet policy.
